- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade instantly with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle so you don't lose data or team members.
- Does the free plan have a deadline?
- No. The Free plan is forever, with 1 application, 2 modules and up to 3 users. No credit card, no hidden trial.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export all your modules to Excel at any time from Settings → Modules. After cancellation we keep your data for 30 days in case you reactivate.
- Do you support local invoicing?
- Payments are processed through Stripe in USD. If you need a local invoice with a tax ID, email us at hello@rnflows.com and we'll issue it manually.
- Do you have a plan for agencies or consultancies?
- Yes. If you'll use Flows with several clients, reach out and we'll agree on a reasonable workspace volume and price.
