Terms of service

By creating an account, accessing or using the Flows platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you or the company you represent (the "Customer") and Flows (the "Provider").

Flows is a multi-tenant web platform that lets the Customer build applications from spreadsheets or natural-language descriptions, with a structured database, reports, automations and an installable mobile app (PWA).

The Service is offered "as is" under a SaaS model. The Provider may update features, adjust the interface or modify internal components at any time, as long as this does not significantly degrade the contracted Service.

To use the Service the Customer must create a personal account and at least one workspace. The Customer is responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity performed under the account.

• Each workspace has an owner who controls plans, billing and members.
• Members are invited by email and assigned to roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer).
• The Customer must promptly notify any unauthorized access to the account.

The Customer agrees not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or to infringe third-party rights.
• Upload content the Customer does not have rights to.
• Attempt to break, decompile or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its security mechanisms.
• Artificially overload the Service (mass scraping, unauthorized bots, denial of service).
• Resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement with the Provider.

The Customer retains ownership of all data entered or uploaded to the Service (the "Customer Data"). The Provider processes that data solely to deliver the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement.

The Customer can export data in Excel format at any time from the Service. After contract termination, Customer Data is retained for 30 days and then deleted from the Provider's active systems.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe in US dollars. Prices and limits per plan are published at /en/pricing.

• Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing.
• Downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle to avoid losing members or data.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Non-payment entitles the Provider to suspend access to the workspace after prior notice.

The Customer can cancel a workspace at any time from Settings → Billing. The Provider may suspend or terminate the Service if the Customer breaches these Terms, commits fraud, or endangers the platform or other customers.

After termination, the Customer has 30 days to export data before deletion.

The Service, its code, brand, visual identity and documentation are property of the Provider. These Terms grant the Customer no rights beyond using the Service per the contracted plan.

The Customer grants the Provider a limited, non-exclusive license over Customer Data solely to operate the Service.

The Provider will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. The Service is offered "as is" and "as available", with no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what applicable law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability to the Customer for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer to the Provider in the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event.

The Provider may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email to the workspace owner or notice in the Service. Continued use after effective date implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Provider's country of incorporation. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of that country, unless the law applicable to the Customer requires otherwise.
